Auto Accident – R.B.

My name is Randy Blanton. I came to Burnetti after I had a car accident. I work for a retailer here in Lakeland doing security. I have a wife and two awesome daughters.

I was going through an intersection when the person behind me, I guess, never saw it or saw me. Once at the intersection there, I got hit pretty hard from behind. So yeah, there was a lot of damage to both vehicles.

I had to go to the emergency room with some neck pain and that kind of thing. Actually, I had come to Burnetti with a previous accident before that—same type of situation.

Everybody here is so friendly. My lawyer was awesome and always kept me informed. There was never a time I had questions that he wasn’t able to answer or give me an answer, so I respect that.

I’ve dealt with some other lawyer offices before and they were just not that friendly, so this was very welcoming. I love the office. Everybody around here is buzzing around and it just seems very energetic here.

David Dismuke is a very personal guy. He’s probably the first lawyer I’ve ever seen who actually gave me his cell phone number. He said, “Hey, call me anytime with any questions you may have,” so I had that direct line.

And he was always calling me. I didn’t feel like I had to call him as much as he was calling me to say, “Hey, this is what’s going on with your case. How do you feel about this?” He was always getting input from me.

He’s an awesome guy. They’re friendly, they make sure they get your input, and they check on how you’re doing first and foremost, which is great.

Then they usually talk about the case details after they find out how you’re doing and how your situation is. I actually found that very personal.

The quick turnaround was great, but most of all it was the friendliness. Where I work, that’s a big deal. If you go somewhere and don’t get help the way you want, it can leave a bad taste in your mouth. You never get that here at Burnetti P.A.

I feel like everybody here is eager to help. I enjoy that the most. I have some friends that have gone through similar situations and had the same questions that I had, so I told them where to go.
